Elysia Fernwhisper is depressed. During the “War of the Crescent Lakes” she was a Captain of a an Elite Ranger Platoon but with the war now over she’s been discharged and given a plot of land to farm as a reward for her bravery and loyalty to the Kingdom. Only problem is, Elysia hates farming and yearns for her adventurous life of old! One fine day, her best friend Valeria Dawnstriker comes a knocking on her door with a job that will change both their lives forever.
